Description

See the findRRsetNormalCase test of data_source_sqlite3_unittest.cc
(currently disabled). domain names should be looked up in a case
insensitive manner (lookup results for www.example.com and
WWW.EXAMPLE.COM. should be the same)

Fixed in r1156 by adding COLLATE NOCASE to the text fields in the database schema. Unit test activated.
