Not sure what caused this b10-resolver to exit with SEGV.

I am confused why question generates different upstream questions and one question results in multiple responses. Is this an error too?

Note this is a forwarder. It should not be doing upstream queries asking for the addresses for the nameservers.

Maybe this issue is already fixed. I don't know. I now see the verbose out put changed to also say "Asked to resolve:".
