I didn't knowingly assign it to anyone.

I guess that is a feature of choosing a "Component". I did choose
"Component: DNSPacket API".

This is not "DNSPacket API" stuff.

From the existing component list, it should belong to "inter module comm". And I guess this is better owned by Michael.

Will make these changes.
