Description (last modified by tomek)

Even you can believe signals are usable under Windows it is not really the case and:

  • for instance there is a very limited list of available signals: SIGHUP does not exist
  • anyway a better way (than using signal) to communicate with daemons is required (and planned)
  • it does not really matter for the WIN32 port intended usage.

So in fact this ticket is about to exclude signal includes and dependent codes when _WIN32 is defined.

Ready for review. Note I proposed to the list to change the _WIN32 for a more neutral define if there is an agreement to do so.
