If the zone is up to date, IXFR-in complains about timeout

Description

If we ask the server for an update by IXFR and our zone is up to date, it answers with a message containing only single SOA message. Xfrin expects more, so when the connection is closed after it, it was a timeout (which is wrong by itself, it was EOF, but it should not expect more).
